Project Planning and Management
Our team of three project managers supported by project engineers, system architects and account managers is responsible for optimal project planning and punctual execution of project plans. They have acquired remarkable know-how on planning and deployment large-scale projects with state-of-the-art technology.
Customer Care
Together with our partners, TERI offers a technical assistance organization, designed to keep customer systems up and running at optimal performance at all times. All our customers are provided a single dedicated point of contact, available 24/7 to answer any questions or handle maintenance or other issues ad hoc. Whenever on-site or off-site assistance is required, TERI's well-trained field support engineers are never far away. It takes one call to repair equipment or a single component on site. TERI engineers are trained and skilled and are also successful at supporting customers on the phone by talking them through complex technical issues till resolution.
- 365x24x7 Support: based on the Service Line Agreement TERI provides on-call personnel for 365x24x7 support for handling critical and major faults in the production systems.
- CRM and Hot-line: possibility to have an account within TERI’s CRM and all the faults received either via calling the hot-line, email or directly through the customer portal will be logged in the CRM and automatically brought to attention of the assigned personnel.
- Operational Support: when required (typically during first 30-60 days of operation of new production line), our personnel act as additional embedded engineers and technicians and perform operational support for the production so that the down-times are cut to the minimum
- Maintenance: trained and equipped to perform both preventive and scheduled maintenance for both automation systems and supporting general purpose equipment (communication, ventilation, lighting and electrical power)

Being in project delivery business for many years we have learned that customers are proactively seeking for one or another form of project financing scheme. Call it EPC or turn-key, the end result is the same: a Buyer wants to find a Seller capable of delivering high quality solution at optimal cost and with the project cash flow that will be the most gracious to their budget. While that had given support to most of the cases of migration into cloud based XaaS solutions, there are still many occasions where the substance of the project is very tangible, on-premise. TERI Engineering, with the generous support of our bankers, is fully capable of handling very flexible payment terms that may provide the end user with more relaxing investment plans. We gladly accept to talk about project financing options and negotiate payment schedules beneficial for all parties involved.
Automation Division Services
- Complete project design from the customer request and/or draft design in EPLAN P8, SEE Electrical or AutoCAD, and as-built project update.
- Application software development, migration and conversion: PLC, drives, motion systems, HMI, SCADA application software development, MIS application configuration according to customer specification – 33 years expertise in Rockwell Automation products and solutions and >20 years of experience in Siemens SIMATIC/WinCC solutions
- Configuration and assembly of large cabinet based industrial control panels: assembly, automation and general electrical equipment installation, point-to-point wiring and dry and wet testing of complex industrial control panel systems.
- Certification: final products are inspected, certified and marked in accordance with CE, CSA or NEC/UL standards before delivery to the customer.
- Worldwide delivery, integration and installation: procurement, delivery and installation of the cable trays, cables, installation of instrumentation, pneumatics, on the machine, full system factory testing, commissioning, start-up, customer training and post-launch baby-sitting.

IT Division Services
- Cloud Assessment Services – TERI team provides an evaluation which will identify possibilities (business cases like: IaaS, Development services, Backup as a Service, Desktop as a Service, Project environment service, Private storage for employees “our Dropbox”, etc.), and scale advantages and disadvantages.
- Cloud Deployment Services – We take a safe way of implementing Cloud and covers all of the aspects, from defining of the detailed project plan and SOW, installation of software solutions, integration with existing IT environment and business processes, all the way to defining of ‘market portal’. We perform the integration with the key processes within the company, some of which are: Active Directory integration, IP address management integration, network integration, integration with existing monitoring systems, or security tools (like ArcSight), integration with backup tools, integration with billing procedures etc.
- Digital Transformation Services – Full migration of existing IT infrastructure into an on premise private cloud or a public cloud service with the phased introduction of actual solutions: IaaS, SaaS, DaaS etc. Our first choice in that process is to propose solutions from vast offering of the open-source products. - Network planning and design – Our experienced project engineers with in-depth knowledge products and relevant technologies support our clients project planning activities and provide a full network solution and detailed design service, including the topological design, network synthesis and traffic engineering. The service may include preparation and rollout of PoC and field trials.
- Site survey/site preparations –TERI’s telco project managers perform a customer site survey and organize our team of engineers and technicians to perform required preparations.
- Equipment installation and integration – Our Telco team provides a full set of all activities required to completely install and integrate telecommunication equipment, including mechanical works, wiring, patching, splicing, testing etc., all the way to and including commissioning.
- Baby-sitting/provisioning/managed services – We gladly accept roles of embedded engineers and help the day-to-day, 24x7 operations runs smoothly.
- Customer training for planning and exploitation – Our engineers have great experience in running training courses tailored to customer’s actual needs and requirements.
- Virtualization services – Our clients have recognized the value of Network functions virtualization (NFV) as an initiative to virtualize the network services that are now being carried out by proprietary, dedicated hardware. We provide seamless and bumpless transition from the obsolete proprietary hardware platforms onto RedHat/Oracle Linux or VMware based systems that have higher availability and flexibility at much lower TCO.
